Prior to starting Olea Group, Santiago spent half a decade in the aerospace sector as an M&A consultant, where he advised the world's leading private equity and strategic investors on 45+ transactions. He has deep experience across A&D sectors — including the aftermarket (e.g., MRO, PMA), production (aeroengine and component sub-tier manufacturing), and adjacent segments (e.g., airport services, FBOs, aircraft and engine leasing).

Today, he is leveraging that subject matter expertise and deal experience to identify well-run businesses in attractive aerospace segments and support their founders with robust operating plans and capital to propel them through their next phase of growth.

He holds a B.S. in International Political Economy from Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service and is a private pilot.
